With 3 months of offering virtual treatment sessions, I got a taste of how prolonged sitting affects your body. As a physiotherapist, I am use to working in different positions and moving around frequently. I realized an increased sitting time at the computer started to create some discomfort. I knew it in theory but got to experience it practically. 

Here is a quick routine that helped me get through the day and prevent further stiffness. This program is ideal for anyone dealing with increased sitting times. Our bodies need to move and this is an easy way to ensure you get that daily. Going for a brisk 20 minute walk after lunch or at the end of the day is also a good way to improve your energy levels and get a good night’s sleep.
