Our certified personal trainers cater to all levels, from beginners to athletes. The fees apply to both virtual and in-person sessions (60 minutes each).

GLA:D Program

GLA:D services may potentially be eligible for coverage under private extended health insurance plans, subject to specific terms and conditions.

Our GLA:D Program is specifically designed for knee and hip osteoarthritis patients.

  • Total Program Cost: $700 for 14 sessions (no additional taxes)
    • Initial Payment: $350 (first day)
    • Second Payment: $350 (7th session)

Tune-ups post Glad programs

  • With Nathalie: $50.00 per session
  • With Gwyn: $35.00 per session

  • 15 minute meet and greet: FREE
  • Nutrition Package (5 appointments incl. assessment): $310

Knee Bracing

  • Custom knee bracing assessments: FREE
  • Custom ACL brace cost range: $1,000 – $2,000 (Measurements included)
